Return & Refund Policy
Digital licenses cannot be "returned," but we stand behind every order with a straightforward replacement and refund policy.
Eligible cases
- Activation errors confirmed by our support engineers
- Duplicate purchases made accidentally within 24 hours
- Products delivered that do not match the advertised SKU
Non-eligible cases
- Activation failures caused by tampering with the product, using unofficial installers, or bypassing regional restrictions
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the order date
- Change-of-mind cancellations once a digital key has been delivered and viewed
How to request help
Open a ticket from your dashboard or email [email protected] with the order number, a description of the issue, and screenshots of the activation message.
Processing time
Once your ticket is reviewed and the activation log verified, replacements are dispatched within one hour and refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
