License delivery and usage

All licenses are delivered digitally to the email address associated with your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Keys are intended for the single end customer noted at checkout and may not be resold or redistributed without written approval.

Refunds and replacements

If a key fails to activate we will replace it or offer a refund after validating the activation log. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and include screenshots of the activation error.

Prohibited activity

• Tampering with or reverse engineering delivery systems
• Circumventing regional restrictions or using VPNs to violate OEM territories
• Sharing activation material publicly or on cracking forums

Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable VAT where required by law
• Payment is processed at checkout and keys are released only after funds are confirmed
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur and issue a full refund instead
• EU/UK consumers: prices include VAT where required. Business buyers may enter a VAT ID at checkout to qualify for reverse charge. We comply with EU OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT regulations for digital goods sold to EU consumers.

Intellectual property

All software products remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. GetAllKeys acts solely as a distributor. Purchasing a licence grants you the right to use the software under the publisher's end-user licence agreement (EULA). You do not acquire any ownership rights over the underlying software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetAllKeys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in the EU or Northern Ireland, in which case you may have additional statutory rights under applicable local law.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU and UK consumers may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). EU consumers may also submit a complaint via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ADR purposes is [email protected].
